"CHILDREN ARE NOT THINGS TO BE MOULDED, BUT PEOPLE TO BE UNFOLDED."
Breakfast Club
Our breakfast club is an excellent facility for parents who wish to access childcare before the start of the school day. A variety of games and craft activities are available, allowing your child to become engaged before a busy day at school, filled from a choice of toast or cereal. The Breakfast Club is our way of supporting parents who have early starts. It also allows children to gain a social advantage as they interact with new friendship groups, great for the younger years as they develop an awareness of the greater school environment.
The Breakfast Club operates from 7.45am until 8.45am (during term time ). Children are then taken to their appropriate class, year area or playground depending on your child's year group.
Full breakfasts are available to all children who arrive by 8.20am. No food is available after this time.

After School Club
Our after school childcare facility has a range of enjoyable opportunities for your child/children, giving them up to 3 hours to interact with new friendship groups in an activity filled environment. It is therefore a perfect solution for parents with long working hours or other commitments, especially since your child will be in a familiar environment with other children they know.
The After School Club operates from 3.10pm and closes at 6pm prompt (during term time).
There is a charge for late pick ups.
An afternoon snack is provided after the children arrive at the club.
All children are registered and collected by a member of staff at the end of the school day.
Children attending after school activities at school will be brought to The Hive after their club has finished.

Holiday Club
The convenient provision of a Holiday Club allows the option of a 5 or 10 hour day. The Holiday Club, without doubt, remains a break from school for your child/children. The day is fully utilised by all children attending to create, make and play more substantial and rewarding crafts, activities and group games. Due to the lack of childcare for many local families, we welcome children from other local schools, however it is vital that the Admission and Permission form is completed before your child's first session.
The Holiday Club operates from 8 am and closes at 6pm prompt. However there's also the choice of a morning (8am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-6pm) session .
Breakfast is provided between 8:00-9:00am and an afternoon snack is provided between approximately 3:00-4:15pm.
Lunch is not provided, we therefore request that those attending all day or morning sessions bring a packed lunch, but please don't pack anything containing nuts.
